As a completely satisfied patient of Dr. Covert's for about 20 years, I didn't know how good I had it until my insurance changed he wasn't one of my available doctors. For 5 years, I tried 3 different eye doctors in Charlottesville and never had a good experience. They were all about getting my money and not about me being a satisfied customer. This year my insurance changed again and I was so thrilled to get to go back to Dr. Covert! (I had just decided to return to him and pay out of pocket before my insurance changed) I just had my annual exam and contact check up. What a difference to work with someone who truly cares that I am happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Covert and his staff.
