Worst mani-pedi ever
I rec'd a gift certificate and went expecting a great experience. My title explains what I got instead.

One of the fun parts of a mani-pedi is trying a new nail color, but the nail color selection was laughable. The manicurist did not explain or help adjust the massage chair (she didn't even mention it was a massage chair until I found the control) - even when I said it was massaging/pounding the back of my head instead of my neck & shoulders. The foot soak was cold; I asked if it could be warmed up, and she added some cool water. The soak only lasted a very short time, though - not what I'm used to. Another great part of a mani-pedi is the calf & foot massage & the hand & arm massage. The calf/foot massage lasted about 10 seconds per leg (and that is being generous). The exfoliator scrub was barely wiped on & off. The manicure was no better.

Someone came in to empty the trash while I was there, there were cleaning products left out on the sink, and the noise and back & forth travel outside the open door (from workers, not customers) was annoying. The ambiance was not "day spa" at all - more tattered and tired. I love a nice manicure and pedicure, but this one left me upset.
I felt like the mani/pedicurist was probably the most junior, most inexperienced person on the staff.

The gift certificate was supposed to be a treat, but I felt like my husband wasted his money. An appointment that I was told would take 2 hours (when I called to make it) took less than one hour - and a lot of that was me trying to figure out which was the least awful nail color to try. I will never go back and will recommend other places where you get what you pay for.
